screen-print-ing- n.- A stencil method of printmaking in which a design is
imposed on a screen of silk or other fine mesh, with blank
areas coated with an impermeable substance, and ink is forced
through the mesh onto the printing surface.
Screen printing is a very versatile method of printing that
allows us to be able to produce work as simple as a line of
text, or as complicated as a full color photograph on a
variety of garments including t-shirts, hoodies, jackets,
caps, bags and more.
Each color that will go on your
garment is produced on an individual screen, and then the
colors are layered one on top of another, going from lightest
to darkest color until the final image is
completed.
At that point the garments are
run through an oven, where the ink is dried, and then they are
folded and bagged for delivery to you.
With our 12 color fully
automatic press, we can produce up to 400 shirts an hour, so
no job is too big...or too small.
